IoT & Off-grid Systems

The Philippines has uneven infrastructure. Cellular coverage drops out in remote areas. Power is unreliable in some regions. Any system designed for Philippine operations must degrade gracefully when connectivity fails — and recover automatically when it returns.

Our IoT work spans device firmware through cloud ingestion. We design the full stack: microcontroller firmware (ESP32, Arduino), the communication protocol (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, serial), the edge processing logic, and the cloud backend that aggregates and acts on device data.

Our Raditooth project is a concrete proof point: a mesh radio relay appliance built on ESP32 that routes emergency messages across a neighborhood even with zero cellular or internet connectivity. CERPH uses it as a fallback transport for panic-button alerts. This is the kind of resilient, infrastructure-independent design we bring to every IoT engagement.

Managed IT & Digital Transformation

Our engagement with Davao Eye MDs is the clearest example of this approach in action. We started with a clinic running on paper records and spreadsheets, serving dozens of patients daily across multiple ophthalmology specialties. Over time, we built and deployed 30+ integrated applications covering patient queue management, medical records (with AI-powered clinical note assistance), SMS appointment reminders, biometric staff DTR, supply inventory, and billing.

Each module was rolled out iteratively, with staff training built into the process. The clinic now operates with a level of data visibility and operational efficiency that would be impossible on paper. We provide ongoing support and continue adding capabilities as needs evolve.
